1. INQUIRE

We schedule a free in person or video call consultation and go over any questions prior to or immediately after booking. Here we will ask you questions to better understand the vision for your wedding day and help you plan for your ideal wedding day timeline. Why are we so involved in the planning? One word: light! Using all of our experience, we can help make sure we capture the moments with the best possible lighting. We also love to establish a real connection with you since after all, we’ll be working together on one of the most important days of your lives.
2. CONSULTATION

Once you’re ready to book us, we will send over a customized wedding day proposal that includes our contract, service terms, and an online payment form where you can conveniently and securely pay the 50% security deposit.
3. BOOKING

This is when the fun starts! We get to plan and dream up a perfect date for the two of you where we’ll take photos of you both while you simply be yourselves. We’ll send you information on what to wear and guide you on how to prepare yourselves for a really fun and beautiful experience. Here you’ll get a glimpse as to how we work so that you can feel confident and relaxed in front of our camera on your wedding day.
4. ENGAGEMENT SESSION

6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we will send you an online questionnaire that will help us finalize all the details of your day, including your timeline. We do this about a month out because we realized your details will be finalized by then and if not, we can always touch base by phone and talk through any remaining questions and details a few weeks before your wedding day.
5. ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE

Your day has finally arrived! It’s finally the day for you two to get married. We couldn’t be happier and more excited to be capturing it for you. It’s your day to celebrate love, have fun, and be present. We will arrive to capture the details and stay to capture the fun of the party. We will work on a sneak peek photo gallery for you to enjoy a taste of your wedding day before delivering the full gallery.
6. YOUR WEDDING DAY!

Your images and video will be delivered to you within 12-15 weeks. We will send you a very special email that will give you access to your online gallery for you to view, share, download, and even print some of your favorite images. We will also share your video through an online link. From there, you’ll download, back up and save your images and video to several secure drives for you to keep. If you have chosen to display your wedding day in one of our heirloom albums, we will start working on the layout, pages, and design shortly after you receive your gallery. If you decide on adding this later or decide to get a parent album, it's ok we can still create one for you! Congratulations Newlyweds!

OUR PROCESS
We’re interested in capturing the essence of each bride and groom, as they are, while also directing them into creative and tasteful poses that evoke an emotion and tell a story. We shoot with both digital and film cameras. Why do we still shoot film? Because it is stunningly beautiful. The true-to-life colors and the painterly effect it produces through the subtle grain and depth of field it allows is incomparable. This is what allows our images to look more natural and magazine-worthy. However, we still shoot digital for more fast paced moments and moments with low natural light.

We’re very much about capturing your story, the real emotions and moments, while also capturing it in the most artistic and creative way we know how. For video, this means we rely on high quality audio to carry the story. Sometimes that means snippets of speeches, a car rolling by, the wind, etc. these small details help paint the story and establish the scene. We also rely on the real moments and memories such as opening your wedding day gift, your first look, first dances, tears, laughs, etc.

What’s your turnaround time for photos and video?
We deliver your images and/or video within 10-12 weeks from your wedding day.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes, we offer high quality, heirloom albums that are professionally designed with a simple, classic, uncluttered design. Please contact us for more information.
If we book you for both photo and video, how is the dynamic of team?
JP usually leads the photo team with a professional second shooter, while one of our lead videographers lead the video team with a professional second shooter. We would be a team of 4 shooters and an added assistant to help with gear and meeting your needs.
How many photos do you deliver?
We offer around 50-75 edited digital images per hour of coverage.
How do you deliver your photos and videos?
We deliver your images and video digitally. Your images will be delivered through an online gallery that makes it easy to view, share, download and print your images. Your video will be delivered through an online link that allows you to save and download your film.
Do you shoot destination weddings?

Is it better to book you for both photo and video?
Our dynamic as a photo and video team flows best and is most efficient when we do both photo and video. This is because we already know each other and understand how we work which allows us to deliver an even better wedding day experience for our clients. However, we are happy to meet and work with other creatives in the industry.
